The Government Board has awarded the company Inam Ingeniería Natural the contract for maintenance and cleaning of landscaped areas of Jumilla.
It will be for one year extendable to another and for an amount of 840,495 euros, making a decrease in relation to the initial budget of 157,504 euros.
The contract has important improvements compared to the previous one.
It will go from 10 to a minimum of 16 workers hired, which will provide coverage to 91,395 square meters of green areas, while before it was 57,000 square meters.
The grass coverage is passed from 4,379 to 20,380 square meters, including football fields.
It supposes the care of practically all the gardens of the urban helmet, including the flowerpots, alcorques and arbolado of public roads, being the maintenance of the green zones of the districts, polygons, avenue of the Freedom and Charco del Zorro in charge of the municipal gardeners .
This new contract will eliminate the use of blowers for its high noise and includes a sweeping machine for cleaning hard pavement areas.
Minor contracts
The contracting of Abellán Cleanings for the completion of the civil work of the repair of the traffic light of the avenue of Yecla in the crossing with Cervantes street for a cost of 540 euros was approved.
A price of 2,439.36 euros will be hired for one year to Agencia EFE so that its programs are broadcast during the disconnections of Radio Jumilla.
The company Advanced Solutions in Applied Computing will provide the support services of the payroll and Social Security management software during 2018 for an amount of 3,988.29 euros.
On the other hand, it is going to repair the drawer picker for the mower machine of the football field through the company Workshops Mitxeli with a cost of 1,571.95 euros.
Other agreements
The reports have been approved to extend the contracts with the employment and local development agents in Economy and Employment, as well as in Tourism and a subsidy is requested from the SEF.
The subsidies of 2017 have been justified by the FAMPA, the neighborhood association of the San Antón neighborhood and the Cofradía del Rollo for their 75th anniversary acts.
In settlement of obligations, an amount of 213,551.32 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers.
