Bodegas Luzón celebrates the VII Conference "Vendimia Abierta" with novelties such as a painting workshop with monastrell wine ink (04/09/2018)

The activities begin on September 15 and conclude on December 2 with proposals to learn about the universe of wine aimed at all audiences

Bodegas Luzón gives the kick-off to the VII Conference 'Vendimia Abierta' on September 15 with a wide variety of activities aimed at all audiences.

We emphasize, for its originality, the painting workshop with Monastrell wine ink taught by the artist from Jumillano Miguel Ángel Lozano, an expert in the discipline.

The company offers from the possibility of harvesting as a family, being an oenologist for a day and participating in an enogymkana, until the Luzón wine festival, whose celebration is scheduled for November 3.

The days are completed with the monograph "growing with wine" to know its evolution and with the day of open doors, on November 11, to commemorate the European wine tourism day.

The number of people interested in getting into the wine culture and knowing the history and the present of the Jumillano winery does not stop growing.

Last year they participated in the 'Vendimia Abierta' days 30 percent more than the previous year.

These good results motivate the company to offer increasingly innovative wine tourism activities.

Bodegas Luzón has set itself the main objective of preserving and expanding the wine culture through the development of unique experiences for all visitors to its facilities, which are an industrial heritage.

It is a modern and different company, full of energy, that fuses the best of its past with its innovative character to make wines with a very strong personality.

To participate in any of the activities offered by the winery, it is essential to book in advance by email or by phone on 968 784 135. On the winery website,, you can get all the information on the date and content of each of the proposed initiatives, original and perfect to give or enjoy in a group.

This company is one of the largest producers of wine of the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Jumilla and its elaborations have a strong personality and high prestige among experts and consumers.

The winery manages more than 1,200 hectares of vineyards that allow to obtain excellent grapes with which elegant, fruity and friendly wines are elaborated, increasingly better positioned in the market for their careful elaboration and innovation.
