The City of Jumilla, through its mayor, Juana Guardiola, and with the presence of the Councilor for Sports, Juan Manuel García, today signed the agreements for the granting of subsidies provided by the Municipal Budgets 2018 with sports associations Municipal School of Base Football, Jumilla Football Club and Jumilla Futsal, which receive 100,000 euros with which they collaborate with the activities that each of them develops in terms of strengthening the sport and its values.
The Municipal School of Soccer, which has been represented by its coordinator, Jacobo Lajara, receives 40,000 euros;
FC Jumilla, through its vice-president, Benito Abellán, will have 30,000 euros, the same amount as Jumilla Futsal, in whose act the firm has been president, Juan de Dios Ruiz.
In addition to these 100,000 euros, another eleven clubs and seven athletes at an individual level receive another 29,000 euros through the granting of competitive competition grants, which were approved yesterday in a definitive manner in the Local Government Board.
