The Government Board held this morning has approved the cleaning and management of waste from clandestine landfills located at 15 different points in the municipality of Jumilla.
The cost of these works of removal of garbage and debris in unauthorized places will be 17,546.21 euros and for this purpose the company Movimientos y Excavaciones Lozano SL will be contracted. From the Department of the Environment, citizen collaboration has been requested again to keep the clean the environment, recommending that Ecoparque exists as a place to deposit the waste that is not proper of containers and that the abandonment of these in unauthorized places is punishable by fines.
On the other hand, Autos Peloton has been awarded the transport service contract for the municipal programs of sports, youth and education activities for the next two years for a total amount of 70,000 euros, separated in lots.
Likewise, María Calpena has been granted the exploitation for three years that can be extended to another more than one kiosk in the Plaza de la Alcoholera de Menor with a fee of 1,500 euros per year.
In addition, the file for contracting the inspection of municipal elevators has been started and 32 disciplinary proceedings have been approved.
In liquidation of obligations, 114,431.75 euros have been approved for payment to suppliers.
In smaller contracts, it has been approved the purchase of signaling milestones worth 2,456.30 euros, the arrangement of the road painting machine for 797.39 euros, the annual maintenance of seven boilers of the facilities of La Hoya Sports Center and track cover Miguel Hernandez for 2,985.07 euros and the hiring of an aerial photographer to install tourist information in the peaks of the districts for 479.16 euros.
