The City of Jumilla has since this week with a new roller compactor that will be essential in the work of conditioning rural roads that are carried out through the Department of Agriculture.

It is a Hamm H1 roller, vibratory and self-propelled, equipped with Hammtronic electronic management system, with a compaction meter that can work on slopes of up to 50%.

It has had a cost of 94,380 euros.

"The objective is to renew and improve the road repair machinery available to Jumilla, remembering that we have almost 1,000 square kilometers of municipal area, so that investment in this type of machines is necessary. with a motor grader, "said the Councilor for Agriculture, Juan Gil.
