The process of awarding grants for books and teaching material for the 2019/2020 academic year begins (09/07/2019)

The Governing Board has approved the start of the procedure for the granting of subsidies under competitive conditions for the acquisition of didactic material and textbooks for the second cycle of Early Childhood Education for the 2019/2020 academic year.

A maximum of 100 euros per student will be granted until the budget credit that is € 30,000 is exhausted.

The criteria of priority in the grant take into account the income, the number of members of the family unit and the lower age of the beneficiary student.

The deadline for applications is 30 calendar days from the publication of the abstract of the call in the BORM.

Other agreements

The contract with the company EBONE SERVICIOS EDUCACIÓN DEPORTE SL, for the Organization and Delivery of courses of the Municipal School of Tennis, is extended for one year, and for two years the contract with the company ASSISTANCES GRÚAS MONTECRISTO, SL for the withdrawal, deposit and transfer of vehicles to CATV

The justifications for the 2018 grants of the Ruta del Vino de Jumilla Association, as well as that of the Coimbra Sports Association, have been approved.

Minor contracts

In smaller contracts, it is approved, among others, the acquisition of trees to comply with the proposal No. 91 of the Participative Budgets 2019 for € 9076.45, to RAÚL JOSÉ TURRILLO ARACIL.

The lighting of the access to the Road Safety Center has been approved, for 4,796.25 to SERJOMA ELECTRICIDAD SL

Likewise, the purchase of material to carry out masonry work in public buildings has been contracted, for 3520.28 to GASPAR CIFUENTES ORTIZ, purchase of chairs for different events of the City Council, for 3,617.05 to TODOMACO SL, has also been contracted to the company RIEGOS AGO SL FOR 3600 €, for the repair of different streets of the urban area.

On the other hand, the replacement of the lighting in the area of ​​the pool of the heated pool for 12,207.69 is contracted to the company JUAN FRANCISCO TOMÁS LÓPEZ;

purchase of trophies, medals and commemorative shirts for the different sports events at ANGEL LENCINA SL for € 2750;

design of posters for the Exaltation of Jumilla Wine to MIGUEL ANGEL LOZANO JIMÉNEZ for 423 €.

Different certifications of works were approved, such as the remodeling of Avenida de la Libertad, the adaptation and improvement of the operation of the roundabout in the Plaza del Camionero Juan Soriano and the climbing wall in Poliderportivo la Hoya for an amount of 121,558.5 €.

40 disciplinary proceedings have been processed and in liquidation of obligations an amount of 141,141.14 has been approved for payment to suppliers.

Finally, 11 urban licenses were given the green light.
