The Governing Board approves the bases of the Young Art 2019 contest (12/08/2019)

The Government Board held this morning has approved the rules of the Young Art 2019 contest in four modalities: literature, photography, plastic arts and music.

2,000 euros will be distributed in prizes following the bases approved in 2017, so young people between 14 and 35 years old can participate, divided into two categories (A, from 14 to 21 and B, from 22 to 35 years).

The registration period to compete will open the day after the publication of the call in the BORM and will close at 2:00 pm, after 45 calendar days.

Grant to districts

The Board has approved the granting of 8,000 euros as subsidies to districts, according to the Strategic Plan for Subsidies in force.

Likewise, the justification of the one granted to La Alquería in 2018 has been approved.

Minor contracts

In smaller contracts, the extension of the low-voltage electrical installation of the municipal premises of the Fuente del Pino is approved at a cost of 10,742.19 euros with the company Electricidad y Refrigeración Maisi.

On the other hand, the purchase of a curtain for the culture hall of the Town Hall-Caja Mediterráneo for 931.70 euros through Javier Rico is approved;

the hiring of a multi-adventure day for young people in Santa Ana for September 28 for 1,488 euros through Ebone Servicios Integrales, approved in the Participatory Budgeting process;

the rental and assembly of inflatables for the celebration of the Water Festival on August 15 for 3,267 euros with the Caja de Música company;

the purchase of computer equipment for 3,630 euros;

and the installation of two time control terminals in the Roque Baños and Department of Youth buildings for 1,214 euros through Kronos Seguridad.

Other agreements

A credit transfer of 24,210 euros has been approved for lighting in the Sports Center and improvements in the Ecoparque, a credit generation file of 60,000 euros for tourism promotion and building maintenance, as well as a credit extension file of 126,437.17 euros from the profit part for the City Council of the joint venture Aguas de Jumilla for investments in the integral water cycle.

In settlement of obligations, an amount of 272,967.84 euros is approved for payment to suppliers and staff.

Finally, three urban planning licenses, a sanctioning file, as well as segregation licenses are approved.
