The Councilor for Economy and Employment, Juan Gil, has closed today the Mixed Upholstered Employment and Training Program in which 15 students who were part of the Youth Guarantee system began.
They have completed three months of theory and six months of practical work with a training contract.
Students who complete and obtain the professional certificate of Auxiliary Operations of Furniture and Mural Upholstery are 14.
In addition to the degree, they have acquired professional experience doing work for the renovation of the furniture of municipal facilities such as the Municipal Library, the School of Music, Popular University, the Civic Center El Alpicoz and vehicles of the City Council, among others.
The project has been funded by the Regional Employment and Training Service, the Jumilla City Council and co-financed by the European Social Fund.
