The Governing Board has agreed to contract the project for the construction of a permanent kiosk in the Antonio Ibáñez soccer field, as approved in the Participatory Budgeting process 2019, being also one of the most voted proposals.
The project will be carried out by Antonio Bleda Carrión for 1,694 euros.
Likewise, MG2 Soluciones will be hired to perform cleaning and disinfection work through pressurized water and suitable products from the corners stained by the urine of dogs, as approved in another of the proposals of the Participatory Budgets.
The cost will be 3,315.40 euros.
In today's session, the contracting of another of the Participatory Budgeting proposals has also been approved.
It is the realization of the installation of rubber in the tree awnings located on the sidewalks to avoid trips and falls.
The supply and placement will be carried out by the company Lirola Ingeniería y Obras for 8,927.38 euros.
In addition, a training course on SLR photography with Alberto Esparza for 901.21 euros and a twerking dance workshop with the Olivares Sports Center for 1,500 euros are hired for the Department of Youth, in this case approved in the Participatory Budgets.
On the other hand, it will proceed to the installation of a closed circuit television, as well as alarm and security system in the Ecopark, within the improvements to be made in the installation, with a cost of 2,724.74 and 2,344.54 euros respectively , through Interfibra Telecomunicaciones.
In minor contracts, the green repair work on the roof of the office building of the Department of Services with Marsant Industries for 738.10 euros was given;
the repair of the nest swing of Liberty Avenue for 1,481.04 euros through Marige Parks and Services;
the acquisition of chairs for the recreation area of ​​the La Hoya Municipal Pools for 1,022 euros with Jesús Arenas;
the purchase of work clothes for the Celinda PMEF in Digital Format for 2,814.63 euros, as well as plants and seeds for 441.61 euros.
Grants
The Board of Governors held yesterday approved the agreement of 22,000 euros for the direct granting of the subsidy provided in the 2019 Budget to the Choirs and Dances Association of Jumilla.
Likewise, the Hinneni Group (4,329.44 euros) for sports activities and the Paz y Bien Association (2,340 euros) for their international cooperation project have justified their 2018 grants.
Finally, in liquidation of obligations an amount of 156,623.61 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers, as well as six urban planning licenses and the latest certification and reception of works corresponding to the improvements of the Juan Soriano Trucker Square.
