The Government Board initiates the file for the purchase of two new sweepers Approved the elaboration of an extension of the inventory of rural roads (12/06/2017)

The Governing Board held this morning has begun the recruitment file for the supply of two new aspiration-type sweepers for the Department of Services, as the four existing currently have more than 15 years of age and need more and more Of repairs and which in turn are more expensive.

The General Budget 2017 has a budget of 200,000 euros for this purpose.

Equally, the files for the supply of spare parts for municipal vehicles, repair of heavy machinery and special vehicles, as well as repair and replacement of tires for municipal vehicles have been started.

Smaller contracts

In smaller contracts, the replacement of the existing iron doors in the changing rooms of the Municipal Pools of the Sports Center of La Hoya is approved, given its state of deterioration.

Marsant Industrias Metálicas is contracted to carry out the works for an amount of 1,264.45 euros.

On the other hand, Electricidad Maisi is hired for the electrical installation necessary to supply the booths that will be located on the Paseo Lorenzo Guardiola on the occasion of the Fair and Fiestas of August 2017. The cost will be 4,425.44 euros .

It was approved, in addition, the contracting of the commercial Cristalería F. Jiménez for the works of installation and adaptation of the recently retired doors in the Mercado de Abastos in its new location in the same building.

The work will cost 1,113.20 euros.

Finally, the preparation of the expansion of the inventory of rural roads through the company Imacapi for a cost of 9,559 euros was approved.

It will catalog 100 new roads that will join the 109 that were already inventoried last year 2016.

Other agreements

The Governing Board has authorized the Julián Santos Musical Association for the realization of the concert called 'Verbena de San Antonio' ​​to perform this Sunday at 20 hours on the Paseo Lorenzo Guardiola.

Approved an agreement with the School of Animation and Leisure Free Cultural Habitat for the realization of non-work professional practices.

In liquidation of obligations, an amount of 147,630.86 euros is approved for payment to suppliers.

Likewise, an expenditure of 900 euros is approved to cover urgently needed aid at the proposal of the Council of Social Policy.
