The container washer truck will start working on the streets of Jumilla next Monday (16/06/2017)

The Councilor for Services, Francisco González, accompanied by the head of the area, Pascual Cahigüela, presented this morning the new truck washer-containers that will start working on the streets of the city next Monday, June 19.

The new vehicle will clean an average of 50 containers per day, from Monday to Friday, so every two weeks will be completed all existing in the municipality.

Currently in Jumilla and its districts there are distributed 450 containers of organic garbage.

In addition, the truck is also prepared to clean the environment of the selective collection points, so that sidewalks and walkways will also be cleaner.

The container washer truck has had a cost of 110,550 euros and is prepared with the right dimensions to reach all the collection places.

It has a tub that is where the container is washed with cold water, either curved or flat top.

Includes a container where the cleaning products and disinfectants are incorporated.

It also has a spear to clean the environment where the containers are located, as well as a bar with high pressure water to flush the streets when necessary.
