The BORM publishes the bases where the requirements and obligations are detailed to access the grant scheme for housing rehabilitation (27/02/2015)

Yesterday was published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, the rules for the call for grants to urban regeneration and renewal of the Old Town and the Barrio de San Juan de Jumilla, so that once the call is published , scheduled for the next day, all homeowners in these areas of the town interested in viewing this aid plan to rehabilitate their homes may do so.

Thus, as provided in the rules, the granting of aid, aim to improve residential tissues and functionally recover historic areas, urban centers, degraded neighborhoods and rural communities.

A total of 75 homes will be subsidized in Area Urban Regeneration and Renewal of Old Town of Jumilla, and 75 other rehabilitation activities in the Area Regeneration and Urban Renewal district of San Juan de Jumilla, meaning each performance constituting the multi-family housing building or rehabilitating housing one, running maintenance works and intervention in fixed installations, own equipment and common elements, in order to adapt to current regulations.

The maximum amount of state aid shall reflect the eligible costs of the action, which may not exceed 35 percent.

State aid is calculated by multiplying the number of properties to be rehabilitated by a unitary support up to 11,000 euros per household, or up to 30,000 in the case of houses built over others demolished.

The aid of the Autonomous Community shall be 35 percent of the share of state rehabilitation proceedings.

Grants are awarded through a competitive process, in order of submission of applications for each call.

The payment shall be effected, in the case of major works, with the payment in advance 30 percent of the grant, providing the municipal license and certificate of commencement of work, while the remaining 70 percent will pay a After presenting the final work certificate and proof of the grant.

For minor works one single payment prior justification for the grant is made.

Aid applications shall be completed on the official form included in the call.

Applications shall be submitted to the General Register of the Ministry, and timing of beginning and end of submission of applications will be specified in the relevant calls, to be published in the coming days.
