Yesterday was presented in the classroom culture of CAM's book "A Brief History of the Region of Murcia", authored by Dr. Juan González Castaño History, deputy director of the Royal Academy of Alfonso X the Wise, which has been published the editorial Tres Culturas (former Regional Editor).
This event is part of a series organized by the Department of Culture, through the Public Library under the title 'The Library Presents'.

As for the book introduced yesterday, the head of the editorial, José Antonio Bascuñana gave a brief introduction to the content and context in which it is published, "at a time when the consciousness of Region does not end for fitting between Murcia, despite having over twenty five years of autonomy. He continued by thanking the efforts of the author of the work, for using simple language and accessible to all, not the content has lost a bit of quality.
Then, the author was presented by Emiliano Hernández, who made a semblance of the personal and intellectual qualities of Juan González Castaño, which he described as "excellent friend, dear friend and a high intellectual and cultural skills."
He stressed his qualities as a bibliophile, collector of documents and statements of string, among others, as well as his wide culture that makes the ideal person to write this type of work.
Finally the author he added that "indeed Brief History of the Region of Murcia is the result of his thirty years of historical research, which are reflected in a book that has taken two years of tremendous work in order notes and reread many books and articles. "
The book covers 45,000 years of history and have developed a language for all audiences, highlighting his great bibliographical appendix, updated to the last moment and structured periods.
