Like every year, the Templar associations of Jumilla (Murcia) and Cultural Jumillana (Barcelona), jointly publish their two emblematic publications in DIN A5 glossy paper where in their catalog they collect in their pages the works presented by the prisoners in the National Exhibition Prisoners of the Fine Arts and Handicrafts in which fifty works have been attended by inmates in more than twenty prisons participating in the Fénix therapeutic and training project aboard the fine arts and crafts.
In their annual magazine, by way of memory, they collect the activities developed throughout the year 2018 by dedicating the cover to the City Council of Campos del Río (Murcia), chaired by the socialist Mª José Pérez Cerón, as the councilor involved the town council in his collaboration both in the exhibition of plastic works in the facilities of the municipal council, as in the Guardians of Seeds Project in which organic farming is applied as therapy and professional training in the Murcia II prison garden led by inmates in the Unit of Special Treatment (UTE) subject to detoxification treatments of additive substances and harmful to health.
