The Department of Equality of the City of Jumilla, through a grant of 9,692 euros from the Ministry of Family and Equality and co-financed by the European Social Fund, has started again for this 2019/20 school year the extension service schedule to support the reconciliation of work and private life.
The service will begin on Monday 16 and consists of enabling a classroom so that, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., minors can remain in the school, attended by specialized personnel to cover all their optimal needs .
Again, it will be offered at the Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and Cruz de Piedra schools and the main objective is to provide families with a resource so that they can reconcile their work schedules and the care and attention of their children.
This year is increased by half an hour compared to the past, reaching 16.00 hours.
The Governing Board has approved today the hiring of Ludoteca El Caracol for the provision of service until the end of the year.
