The Governing Board has approved the agreement with Cáritas Jumilla for 15,000 euros with which the City Council collaborates with the activities that the organization develops in terms of social actions in the municipality of Jumilla with all the groups that need your attention.
In addition, a new collaboration agreement between the City Council of Jumilla and the Abraham Project Association has been approved, which regulates the systems for the selective collection of footwear, toys and textiles.
For this, metal containers are placed in the streets and Ecoparque, a door-to-door collection system is continued through neighborhood communities and shops and awareness campaigns will be carried out again in the educational centers of the municipality.
The endowment for operating expenses of the PSOE and Mixed municipal groups was approved for 1,567.50 euros for five months and 1,209 euros for six and a half respectively.
Likewise, the activities that will be organized by the Jumilla City Council on the occasion of the International Day against Gender Violence (November 25) were approved and will be presented in due course.
The subsidy of 25,000 euros for the Federation of Peñas of the Harvest Festival, corresponding to the year 2018, as well as subsidies for transport to universities and other educational centers have been justified.
A total of 220 students benefited from them last year.
Minor contracts
In smaller contracts, the installation of air conditioning in the auditorium of the Child Care Center El Arsenal (CAI) for 3,557.40 euros through Climaju Services is approved.
Likewise, the contracting of two generator sets for the Cemetery for All Saints Day is approved, with a cost of 2,964.50 euros through Gaspar Cifuentes;
of a training workshop on mobile photography for 181.50 euros, which will be given by Alberto Esparza.
Other agreements
In settlement of obligations an amount of 72,908.04 euros was approved for payment to suppliers.
In addition, 35 disciplinary proceedings were approved, as well as an urban planning license.
