The City Council of Jumilla continues with the works of conditioning of the roads affected by the rains of the past 12, 13 and 14 of September.
Repairs are being carried out with their own means and through the hiring of local heavy machinery companies.
Arrangements have already been completed on more than a dozen roads such as the Cipreses road, Enmedio road, Bonaire, Cingla, Peña Rubia, Las Puntillas roads, La Pedrera road, as well as several roads of the village Source of Pine and Pinosa.
Work is currently being done on several roads in La Jimena, Cañada Albatana, Calderoncillo, Cenajo and Peñas Blancas.
There are still several areas such as La Celia, Román, La Campana or El Carche, among other places.
The arrangement of another path, already planned before the rainy episode, was approved.
This is the path of the House of Pepetos, which will be repaired by the company Francisco Rubio for 3,327.50 euros.
This same company is also hired to transport the municipal compactor roller to different areas for 3,388 euros.
The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, recalled that, "although most are already accounted for, any neighbor who travels on roads affected by the rains can contact the Department of Agriculture to report it."
