On the occasion of the World Tourism Day that is celebrated tomorrow Friday (September 27), the City Council of Jumilla has prepared a weekend of open doors in its museums (Archaeological and Ethnographic), Castle, Town Hall, Vico Theater and Casa del Artesano , in the usual schedules of each cultural space (Theater, 10-14 h) and with free admission.
Likewise, two guided tours have been scheduled.
On Saturday the first of them will be held, by the Monumental Jumilla and its Old Town, starting at 11 am from the door of the Vico Theater.
A visit to the Sierra de la Pedrera is scheduled for Sunday, starting at 10 am from the parking lot of the Municipal Indoor Pool with its own vehicle.
Both guided tours are free and must be registered at the Tourist Office.
The Councilor for Tourism, María Quílez, has encouraged "both Jumillanos and visitors to enjoy this weekend we have prepared, as well as to discover Jumilla through organized guided tours."
