The Government Board held yesterday has begun the file and has approved the project of restoration works of the Pérez de los Cobos House as a Jumilla House of Music Sociocultural Center.
The general budget for execution is 1,223,915 euros, of which the Ministry of Development will contribute 914,000 euros from the funds generated for 1.5% Cultural, as agreed last March.
Agreements with the associations of Moors and Christians Don Pedro I and Tambores Cristo de la Sangre have been approved for the granting of the subsidies provided for in the 2019 Budget for 10,500 and 2,000 euros respectively to collaborate in the celebration of their activities.
Likewise, the agreement with the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Health Training and Research of Murcia has been approved for coordinated action on the promotion of physical activity as a healthy lifestyle.
It is approved to request to the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure a subsidy amounting to 15,375.23 euros within the call for adaptation of pedestrian routes to accessibility conditions to remodel the sidewalk of Jaime de Grañana Street, between Goya and Foundation streets, whose total amount of work is 25,625.39 euros.
Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan
The file is initiated to contract the drafting of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (PMUS) that allows the identification of existing needs and objectives for those actions that affect the mobility of the municipality.
The appeal of the Mercantile Electromur is dismissed, so the imposition of a penalty of 421.40 euros to the contractor of the modification of the public lighting of the El Alpicoz building for not executing the works in the agreed time is maintained.
For the same reason, a record of imposition of penalties to the company awarded the remodeling works on Liberty Avenue is initiated.
Likewise, a penalty file is initiated for the company that awarded the concierge contract and access control to municipal buildings for breach of obligations.
In smaller contracts, the contracting of Christmas decoration of several commercial areas of Jumilla is approved within the Campaign for Trade Promotion, with a cost of 7,223.70 euros through the company DecoUrba SL;
as well as the execution of a Market Promotion Program through Local Initiatives for 2,262.70 euros.
Likewise, promotional materials for the Keep Calm campaign will be acquired with the Digital Format company for 3,581.60 euros.
In addition, the adaptation, maintenance and review of the poles weighted from the stage and the motorization of the curtain of the Vico Theater will be contracted through the company Sistemas y Servicios Profesionales 2007 SL for 9,999.44 euros.
On the other hand, a submersible pump will be acquired to reduce water in case of floods for Civil Protection, for an amount of 182.50 euros at Marbla Hardware Store.
It will also be carried out the purchase of different traffic signaling necessary for the proper regulation of the same through Sonibru Signaling for 1,288.65 euros.
Finally, an English course is hired for the Department of Youth for 594 euros.
The awarding procedure is opened for two years, which can be extended to another two years for the contracting of the bank collaboration service in the Collection, with the basic bidding budget of 48,453.60 euros.
The adhesion of the City Council of Jumilla to the Platea 2020 Program has been renewed, by which, again, it will be possible to request performances from its catalog for the Vico Theater, whose cost will be subsidized.
In settlement of obligations an amount of 24,228.65 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers.
