The Councilor for Commerce, Juan Gil, today presented the cooking workshops that have been scheduled with the aim of energizing the Central Market of Supplies.
"The objective of these activities is to enhance purchases and the number of users in this municipal space, to publicize the advantages of buying in the Market, highlighting above all the quality and excellence of the products, as well as encouraging healthy and responsible consumption through fresh and natural products, "he said.
The workshops will be held on Saturdays of the month of November (days 9, 16, 23 and 30) and on a Saturday of December (we recommend day 14).
The sessions will last two and a half hours, from 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The first ten minutes will talk about the recipe that will be made and the nutrients provided by that dish.
Then the market will be visited to prepare the chosen dish and be able to prepare it.
Each day a participant will be chosen to observe and assist in the elaboration of the proposed recipe.
After making the dish, participants can taste and comment on it.
In addition, they will receive a copy of the recipe made and a gift for their participation.

Saturday November 9: The Mediterranean diet
Saturday, November 16: Benefits of Fish
Saturday, November 23: Food for Celiacs
Saturday, November 30: Vegan Food
Saturday, December 14: Christmas Menu
