The City of Jumilla, through its mayor, Juana Guardiola, has signed this morning the collaboration agreement for 2,000 euros nominated in the 2019 Budget with the Association of Drums Christ of the Blood, which has been represented by its president, Francisco Guardiola, with the presence, in addition, of the councilor of Celebrations, José Antonio Jiménez.
Through this agreement, the City Council of Jumilla collaborates in the performance of the events and parades and everything that has to do with the organization of the Tamboradas de Jumilla and its participation in the Assembly of the National Drum and Bombo Consortium, as well as the cultural and tourist promotion of Jumilla.
The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, recalled the willingness of the City Council to collaborate with the Association of Drums Christ of the Blood.
"The support is not only economic, since as is done with the rest of the groups, municipal spaces and infrastructures are transferred for the proper development of their activities," he said.
For his part, the president of the collective, Francisco Guardiola, thanked that the agreement "we will invest for the benefit and promotion of Jumilla through our drums" has been renewed for another year.
