The 'See, hear, feel' and 'You decide' campaigns will receive the National Prize for Good Practices (11/12/2019)

The campaigns launched by the Local Police of Jumilla 'See, hear, feel' and 'You decide' will receive on December 19 the National Prize for Good Practices granted by the National Association of Guardian Agents.

The award will be collected in Madrid by the agent Pascual David Muñoz.

The 'See, hear, feel' road education campaign will receive the award in the excellence category.

All the Infant and Primary school students of the municipality participated in it during the past year with the aim of learning in a practical and simple way to move safely in their surroundings, either on foot, by bicycle or by car.

In addition, a video clip with a rap composed of rapper Jumillano, Sergio Guardiola 'War-D' was created.

Likewise, this campaign was this finalist year of the Ponle Freno Awards granted by Antena 3.

On the other hand, the 'You decide' campaign has been selected with the prize in the innovation category.

Triple Jumillana Medal

Likewise, two other components of the Jumilla Local Police staff have completed an excellent role in the Spanish Police Personal Defense Championship held last weekend in Madrid.

These agents are instructed and accompanied by their teacher, Diego Huéscar Sánchez, deputy inspector of the Local Police of Murcia, which, last August was proclaimed world champion of Karate Goju-Ryu in Okinawa (Japan).

In this event he has been named the best 2019 National Police Personal Defense Coach.

Coinciding with the championship the course of National Coaches Level II of Police Personal Defense and Female Personal Defense was carried out, with Antonio Guardiola and Sergio Martínez being first in the promotion.

The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, has pointed out that both the awards and the medals "are the result of the good work that is being done from the Jumilla Local Police, both in terms of citizen awareness through different campaigns and training the agents".
