Yesterday, the assemblies phase of the Participatory Budgeting process 2020 ended in which a total of 582 people voted.
"The objective was to prioritize the 530 proposals submitted by the citizens and, through the votes, order them from highest to lowest, to be presented to the municipal technical staff, who will issue the reports of economic and technical feasibility. According to the regulations, all those who have exceeded 5% of the votes reach this last phase prior to the final voting, "said the area councilor, María Belén López.
Voting will take place from January 23 to 29 in person and from 23 to 28 of the same month online, prior registration from 20 to 27. The final forum with the results will be offered on Thursday, February 20.
A total of 150,000 euros will go to investments in the urban area, 40,000 euros to districts and 20,000 to activities for young people.
