The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, on behalf of the City Council, and the president of the Local Federation of Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students of Jumilla, Roque González, have signed this morning the agreements worth 30,000 euros provided for in the General Budget 2019. The Councilor for Youth, Lola Gómez, has also been present.
On the one hand, the agreement of 20,000 euros has been signed for the realization of participatory activities of mothers and fathers of students, as well as the students themselves and teachers related to the school subject, thus promoting the integral participation of the educational community in activities typical of student training.
On the other hand, the agreement of 10,000 euros has been signed for the updating and enrichment of the funds of books of the school libraries of all the students of Primary and Secondary Education, as well as acquisition, in exceptional cases, of textbooks for students With special needs.
