The Local Government Board has approved to initiate the swap file of two municipal utility plots (1 and 1A) located in the Partial Plan of the Arsenal by three privately owned, which will be transferred to the CARM for the construction of the Center Integrated High Resolution.
This is the last step prior to the transfer after the definitive approval in the plenary of last October of the alteration of the legal qualification of the municipal plots.
On the other hand, it has been agreed to accept the grant of 17,657.03 euros from the Directorate General of Social Services for aid to alleviate energy poverty, the hiring of a social worker for three months and the development of training activities.
Likewise, the grant of 46,880.80 euros for a program to support the family and children of the Department of Social Policy is accepted.
An agreement has been approved with the IES José Planes de Espinardo for the realization of student training practices in the City of Jumilla.
Finally, the transfer of use of the facilities of the Vico Theater for different events has been approved, as well as two payment fractionation files and an urban planning license.
