The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the councilman of the Treasury, Alfonso Pulido, have presented today the draft of the Municipal Budget 2020, which for the second consecutive year will not have a chapter of financial liabilities, having canceled all the debt at the end of Last 2018.
