| An adult representative per family will be able to go to their school during the next week at the time established for it | The Department of Education of the City of Jumilla has launched, together with the teaching staff of the schools, a coordination service to deliver teaching materials to the students "with the aim of facilitating that they can continue training at home while the suspension of classes on the occasion of the health crisis, "said the councilor of the area, Lola Gómez.A team made up of the Councilor for Education, Civil Protection volunteers, custodians and City Council staff, in collaboration with the Local Police, will be in charge of delivering the didactic material that each center is preparing during the previous days.One adult representative per family may come to the center during the hours established for it and wait their turn respecting the safety distance.
"The delivery staff will be protected with a mask, gloves and screens.
We also ask family members to collect the material with a mask and gloves, to the best of their ability, although we will have there to deliver to those who do not have", has detailed Lola Gómez.Deliveries of material will not be made outside the scheduled hours.
Those families who are in compulsory isolation or who cannot travel to the school for any reason may take the material to their homes.The schedule established for collection at the centers that have accepted the service is:Monday, April 20: CC Cruz de Piedra (9 a.m.
to 11 a.m.)Tuesday, April 21: CC Santa Ana (9 a.m.
to 11 a.m.) and El Carche Children's School (11.30 a.m.
to 1 p.m.)Wednesday, April 22: CEIP Miguel Hernández (9 a.m.
to 11 a.m.) and CEIP Carmen Conde (11.30 a.m.
to 1 p.m.)Thursday, April 23: CEIP Príncipe Felipe (9 a.m.
to 11 a.m.) and CEIP Asunción (11.30 a.m.
to 1 p.m.)Friday, April 24: CEIP San Francisco (9 a.m.
to 11 a.m.).
