The ordinary plenary session in April held today by electronic means has unanimously approved the granting of bonuses for the construction, installation and works tax (ICIO) to the works of eight companies in the municipality, which will lead to savings of 50,000 euros. Likewise, the agreement by which the Jumilla City Council entrusts the National Mint and Stamps Factory with the extension of electronic public services for an annual cost of 1,300 euros has been unanimously approved.
Through it, the FNMT makes available to the City Council the Public Certification Platform developed for electronic administration to offer security in identification instruments by citizens. On the other hand, it has been unanimously agreed to extend for one year the exploitation of the cafeteria of the Sociocultural Center Roque Baños to Juan Manuel Pérez Menacho under the same conditions as the original concession. In the control part, the Mayor's resolutions, the judicial resolutions, as well as the report of the average period of payment to suppliers and the delinquency report of the first quarter of 2020 have been reported. The two motions presented by the Popular Party on the creation of a Social Contingency Plan due to the health crisis of covid-19 and the modification of fiscal ordinances 2020 have been rejected. At the beginning of the plenary session, a minute of silence was observed in memory of those killed by covid-19.
