| Professional and amateur artists come together to raise funds for abandoned animals due to the impossibility of carrying out charitable acts | The Asociación Protectora de Animales 4 Patas Jumilla, together with a group of artists and volunteers, launches the #AcordesSolidarios proposal, given the impossibility of carrying out the activities it had scheduled for these months.

Reinventing and creating new activities is a common denominator at the moment for all groups that, as is the case of animal protection associations, depend largely on the contributions and collections that are obtained through solidarity campaigns and events.All the veterinary expenses of the animals of the Municipal Shelter of Abandoned Animals, as well as their medicines, trips, dewormers and special food for sick animals, depend on this type of donations, contributions from members and activities.

Also most of the annual expense of the management of feline colonies.

The grant that this association receives covers the salaries of the workers of the center and the non-specific food of the animals.

So there are many expenses to cover throughout the year.Now, in addition, with the arrival of summer, all animals need new antiparasitic collars and pipettes.

APAP Cuatro Patas Jumilla is in charge of 150 animals, so the cost, only in this type of products, amounts to more than 3,000 euros.In order to face this need, #AcordesSolidarios arrives, to enjoy from home 12 unpublished, professional and amateur performances, carried out to support the animals of the Municipal Shelter of Abandoned Animals.An armchair in the front rowThe performances start on Sunday 17 and end on May 28.
