On the other hand, tourist-environmental roads will be created consisting of road signs indicating points of tourist interest, which will be included in a guide and map, supplemented by companies of gastronomic and wine tourism interest.
Promotional campaigns, a maintenance program for these roads will be carried out and the drafting of the Strategic Tourism Plan will be accelerated, including our post-pandemic tourist possibilities. The PP motion to request the Government of Spain to adopt certain measures to fight the health crisis caused by the coronavirus has been rejected. In urgent matters, the updating of the municipal inventory has been unanimously approved to include plots 1 and 1A of the Arsenal Partial Plan, which pass from public domain to patrimonial, as a previous step to the formalization of the swap public deed and subsequent transfer to the Autonomous Community to build the Integrated High Resolution Center.
Likewise, the proposal for the award of the two lots of the municipal buildings cleaning contract has been approved.
Lot 1 to Onet Iberia Soluciones SAU for 1,226,526.97 euros and lot 2 to Limcamar SL for 601,693.93 euros. Lastly, the Mayor's resolutions and judicial resolutions, the 2019 annual financial control report and the execution report of the Budget for the first quarter of 2020 have been reported.
