| A comprehensive reform of the building will be carried out with an investment of 135,000 euros | The rehabilitation works of one of the social premises of the Cañada del Trigo have begun, which are being carried out by the company Intagua SL with the project of the architect Gumersindo Esteve and which represent an investment of 135,072.77 euros. A comprehensive reform of the building is being carried out, in which only those facades, walls and roofs that are in optimal conditions of stability and are functional will be preserved.

A total interior renovation of the building is being undertaken, given the poor general condition of the building, which will establish the fixed facilities necessary for the start-up of the bar, except for the furniture.

Likewise, it will be unified and endowed with the electrical power necessary to make adequate use of the activities for which it is intended. "It is a rehabilitation in high demand by the residents of the area, which will come to join the various improvements that are being made both in this district and in the rest of the nine that the municipality has," said the mayor.
