This morning the rainbow flag has been placed on the balcony of the City of Jumilla, to commemorate LGBTI + (Lesbian, Gay, Transsexual, Bisexual and Intersex) Pride Day, which is commemorated this Sunday, June 28.This is the sixth consecutive year in which this activity has been carried out as a symbol of tolerance and equality.
Previously, the Mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, the Councilor for Equality, Lola Gómez, as well as Manu Lozano and Iván Yuste, on behalf of the LGTBI + Jumilla A Color and Jumilla Understand groups, have read a manifesto, "in which you are invited to all citizens to incorporate this great celebration of diversity and the freedom to be and live with dignity and without fear into their personal agenda ”.
