The 210,000 euros allocated will allow 17 investments to be made between urban areas and districts, as well as more than a dozen youth activities.

Much of the rest will be carried out through the regular budget and with municipal staff. Last night was the final forum for the distribution of the amount of the Participatory Budgeting 2020 process, scheduled for last March and postponed by the State of Alarm.

The 210,000 euros allocated will allow 17 investments to be made between urban areas and districts, as well as more than a dozen youth activities.

The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, congratulated the Motor Group of the process for its effort, "some of them being part of it from the beginning, working altruistically for the municipality, something that gives it even more value." The Councilor for Works and Services, Francisco González, reported on the 17 investments that will be carried out with the distribution of the amount through local companies, "some already running and even finished" and announced that others not included may be made with City Council staff and through the regular budget.

For her part, the councilor for Youth, Lola Gómez, explained that the most voted youth activities should be adapted to the 'new normal' and some such as the Water Park and the trip to Aqualandia will not be possible due to the current situation and "will replaced by the following in the list ".
