Quarterly water bills are beginning to arrive with very considerable amounts that in the opinion of IU Verdes are not justified.

The reason that on some occasions very important amounts are billed is in the steps that the water rates of our municipality have.

If there were no readings because they could not be done in the middle of the pandemic, the logical, fair and reasonable thing is that once the reading is regularized and there is a quarter in which that figure was estimated since it could not be read, that a distribution is made 50% of the total consumption between the two quarters and that the second bill is adjusted based on what was charged in the first. They also demand that an advantageous regularization be made by distributing consumption in the most convenient way for citizens.
