The Governing Board approves the call to apply for subsidies to associations for social purposes (06/10/2020)

| This year those of Line B are called with a maximum amount to be granted of 48,000 euros.

They may be requested once the call is published in the BORM | The Local Government Board has approved the call for grants for non-profit associations with social purposes, under a competitive competition regime for the financial year 2020.

The submission deadline will be 15 calendar days from the publication of the call in the BORM and must be made through the electronic headquarters of the City Council or in the General Registry. The maximum amount to be awarded is 48,000 euros, since this year those of Line B are called, since those of the associations of Line A (projects aimed at promoting and revitalizing the association) gave their amounts to the modification of the Budget to adapt it to the current pandemic situation. Line B is aimed at those in which the association acts as an auxiliary and collaborator of public administrations, whose purpose is to contribute to projects aimed at improving the quality of life of certain groups with social health problems.

The maximum limit to be awarded per grant will be 6,000 euros.

Protocol of Accession to the SICTED The Local Government Board has agreed to sign the Jumilla City Council adhesion to the protocol of the Comprehensive System of Spanish Tourist Quality in Destinations (SICTED), a program developed by the Secretary of State for Tourism, whose purpose is the permanent management of quality in a tourist destination. With the signing of this protocol, Jumilla, together with its tourist service companies and with those others that are not strictly tourist but are part of the value chain of the tourist consumption itinerary, will present itself as a destination of homogeneous quality in all the services offered. On the other hand, the company HP Printing and Computing Solutions has been awarded the purchase of 14 laptops to facilitate teleworking through the Centralized State Contracting System, at a cost of 7,808.83 euros. Justification of 28,000 euros in grants The justification for the 2019 financial year subsidy of 1,804.43 euros to the Association for the Fight for Equality for the development of advocacy and awareness campaigns has been approved, as well as 6,000 euros granted to ADIX for its' Learning within the reach of all IV '.

Likewise, the nominative subsidies granted through agreements with Aspaj americano, amounting to 15,000 euros, and Stipa, amounting to 2,000 euros, as well as to the Torre del Rico and Cañada del Trigo districts, of 1,000 euros each have been approved. Likewise, the 408 euros granted to Rafaela Gil Mira for the project 'The art of embroidery on tulle', the 903 euros to the Association of Artisans and 860 euros to the Cofradía del Rollo are also considered duly justified. Other agreements Certificates of works number 4 for the rehabilitation of the Cañada del Trigo social premises have been approved for 33,319.35 euros and number 3 for the restoration of Casa del Rico for 48,420.75 euros, as well as the return of the guarantee definitive infrastructure renovation works on Calle Portillo de la Glorieta. Finally, 9 urban planning licenses and 14 disciplinary proceedings have been approved.
