You will receive the amount of 43,000 euros with which the City Council of Jumilla collaborates with the activities that the association develops in the protection and defense of abandoned and lost animals, specifically in those related to the care of animals rescued in the Municipal Shelter. The Association for the Protection and Defense of Animals and Plants 4 Patas Jumilla will be responsible, by virtue of this agreement, for the cleaning and maintenance of the animals, adopting the necessary measures to prevent their escape or loss, as well as feeding them with adequate feed to their age and conditions, take the animals out of their compartments twice a day to walk, exercise and play, carry out health care through a veterinarian and process the adoptions of the animals. Likewise, they will carry out activities related to the administration and attention to the public, such as carrying out a database of the users of the Hostel and the animals that enter and leave it, as well as making the necessary requests to carry out the maintenance and conservation of both the Lodge and the housed animals.
The association will also launch awareness-raising activities and campaigns.
