| There will be a short narrative and verse modality with an endowment of 2,000 euros for the winners | The Local Government Board has approved to start the procedure to call the XXXIII edition of the City of Jumilla Literary Prize, which is convened in a short narrative and verse mode with an endowment of 2,000 euros for the winners.

The term of presentation of the works will have a limit of two months, which will begin to count from the publication of the call in the BORM, not being able to present works before.

Each modality will have a single winner, who will receive the amount of 1,000 euros. The jury will be made up of five people who will be appointed by the Jumilla City Council's Culture Commission.

Works in the short narrative mode will have a minimum length of 5 pages and a maximum of 10, in A-4, Arial font and size 12 with two spaces and one side with numbered pages.

For the verse mode, a minimum length of one hundred verses is required, in A-4, Arial font and size 12 with two spaces and only on the front. The works may be submitted by ordinary mail addressed to the Department of Culture of the City of Jumilla or by email to premioliterario@jumilla.org.

In either of the two forms of presentation, two attached files (or envelopes) will be sent: one with the work (printed six times or in PDF format) indicating the title and pseudonym and the other with the personal data (name, surname, contact telephone number and address of the author, brief curriculum of the author, in addition to the DNI scanned on both sides, as well as a written declaration of the author guaranteeing that the rights of the work are not compromised, stating if it has been submitted to another contest pending resolution.
