Likewise, he has stressed that given the seriousness of the situation in this second wave of infections at the national level "complying with the rules is more important than ever" and has called for "prudence, individual conscience and that Halloween-related parties be avoided."On the other hand, he recalled all the measures that have been implemented after the declaration of the new State of Alarm and that each autonomous community has been specifying.

In those cases in which this is not possible, the maximum occupancy of the facilities will be 50 of its capacity, with a maximum of 30 people in each group.-The maximum occupancy allowed inside the hotel and restaurant premises will be 30 percent of the capacity.

The Jumilla City Council allowed the extension of the authorized exterior surface to this type of premises for use as a terrace and suspended the fees.-In libraries, archives, museums, and other cultural facilities, the maximum occupancy allowed will be 50 percent of the capacity.-Individual sports practice in the open air is allowed, with respect to the general distance measures of interpersonal safety, protection and hygiene.-The celebration of unofficial sporting events will continue to require authorization from the General Directorate of Sports.
