"The installation has been carried out by the company Vodafone at a cost of 15,000 euros, through a grant from the Executive Agency for Innovation and Networks (INEA) to promote Internet connectivity for local communities, requested by the City Council and in whose call 13,000 municipalities from all over Europe participated ", explained the councilor for New Technologies, Alfonso Pulido. Taking advantage of the installation of these access points, the network infrastructure of four of the headquarters has been renewed, to guarantee the security of the connections regarding the separation of traffic from the public network and the private one.

The networks financed through the WiFi4EU initiative, in addition to being free, do not contain advertising and personal data cannot be collected on them.

To connect, it is enough to be in a place with coverage and accept the terms and conditions through the terminal that is being used.
