In this edition, 210,000 euros were allocated between the urban area, districts and activities for young people.

Most of the 17 investment proposals are already finalized, some of them in execution and one specifically in the hiring process, as reported by the area councilor, María Belén López.

The two that received the greatest number of support in the urban area (improvements in the AAVV premises of the San Juan neighborhood and adaptation of the changing rooms of the Municipal Indoor Pool) have already been executed.

The reforestation proposal is in the contracting process, waiting for the optimal date for planting.

Work on creating the Jumilla app in virtual reality, fourth of the options with the most votes, is being finalized.

The fifth with the most support, also already concluded, was the installation of children's games next to the El Alpicoz Civic Center.

Equally,More bins were installed in the Cemetery and others have been purchased for different parts of the municipality.

The rest of the proposals aimed at the urban area are also executed: repair of leaks in the Miguel Hernández covered track, change to LED of the public lighting of Cánovas street, repair of the sidewalk that borders the La Asunción School and the acquisition of public stairs and accessible to the Cemetery.

In the case of the proposals addressed to districts, they are also all already executed.

The resurfacing of the main street of La Alquería, the renovation of broken light bulbs on the Santa Ana road and the installation of renewable energies in the El Carche shelter were carried out.

In addition, speed reducers have been purchased for La Raja, as well as air conditioning and furniture for the old school, which is going to be renovated as a headquarters.

Activities aimed at young people have been disrupted by the pandemic and only those that could be carried out online or with limited capacity have been carried out, such as film screenings in Jumilla, photography workshops, cooking or enjoying nature, in this case through hiking outings.

In the 2020 process, carried out before the start of the pandemic, 3,723 people took part and 108 activities were carried out through the motor group, in charge of channeling the 530 proposals that were received.
