A comprehensive reform budgeted at 100,000 euros will be carried out with the aim of conditioning it for use by the residents of the district The Local Government Board today approved the rehabilitation project as the headquarters of the old school in the district of La Raja.
The works will have a budgeted cost of 99,984.50 euros and an execution period of three months.
The action consists of removing the architectural entry barriers to the building and the patio, new flooring will be placed both inside and in the patio and all the interior doors will be replaced, as well as the windows, including locks and balcony.
Likewise, a new adapted toilet will be built, the kitchen will be rebuilt and the entire building will be repainted.
Outside, the facade and roof will be repaired.
In addition, the entire plot and pavement of the terrace will be cleaned.
