| The winery has documented for a year the different stages of creation of its wines, intertwining them with its own chronology, one of the oldest in the Jumilla PDO | January 26, 2021.- Bodegas Luzón launches a corporate video after documenting for a whole year the different pruning, flowering, harvesting, fermentation and aging processes, which result in a five-minute audiovisual with key information about the history from the winery, one of the oldest in the Jumilla Protected Designation of Origin. The video entitled 'The flavor of our history' pays homage, like all the wines of the winery to the land, agriculture and the Monastrell grape, beginning by presenting a place as unique as Jumilla through the idiosyncrasy of Bodegas Luzon, from the origin of his name or the germ of his birth. The audiovisual, produced in Spanish and English, summarizes a trip of 365 days with the journey from the vineyard to the glass, is hosted on the YouTube channel of Bodegas Luzón Bodegas Luzón "El Sabor de Nuestra Historia" - YouTube for viewing by all people interested in knowing more about the world of wine, within which this company is positioning itself for its ability to combine innovation and tradition in its objective of offering valuable experiences. Bodegas Luzón is the project of José Molina, who for several years was commander of the royal armies on the Philippine island Luzón, origin of the winery's name, and who on his return to Jumilla began the project of producing wine.

The winery was bequeathed to his daughter, being from those beginnings linked to the female branch of the lineage.

In 2005 the Fuertes Family picked up the baton and gave it a boost in modernity thanks to important investments.
