Two holiday conciliation schools are started (27/06/2016)

The mayor, Juan Guardiola, and the Councillor for Equality, Salvi Pérez, presented this morning Vacations Schools Settlement to be put in place through a direct grant of 9,615 euros from the Ministry of Family, funded 80% with the European Social Fund.

The main peculiarity of these schools is that it is a prerequisite that may enroll children whose parents are working outside the home or who are in training processes.

They will be held from 4 to 29 July in two different places: on the one hand in the building of CIFE and the other in the old school of the farm.

"It has also led to this hamlet because demand has so requested, may serve in this case also by proximity to the Fuente del Pino" said Salvi Perez.

The registration period is open from today, with the same charge.

Applications must be submitted in the General Register of the City of Jumilla.

The opening hours which will take place in Jumilla will be from 7 to 15 hours and the La Alquería of 9-14 hours.

The number of seats is 35 and the age of the students must be between 3 and 12 years.

For its part, the mayor has indicated that the goal is "to find a choice of conciliation for children of working parents in summer".
