Within the investment commitments acquired by Aguas de Jumilla in order to comply with Royal Decree 140/2003 of 7 February, establishing health criteria for water quality for human consumption, there is construction renewal of water supply pipes in different sections of the Steam Mill streets and Labor.
This action seeks primarily to achieve two objectives, which are to replace existing pipes still galvanized iron and increase the meshing of the current supply network.
The work is part of the various initiatives being undertaken during the year 2016 in collaboration with the City of Jumilla and involved the intervention in several areas of Barrio de San Juan with which they are replacing deteriorated and materials pipes have become obsolete.
