The phase of proposals for the Participatory Budget 2017 ends Thursday.

This week the process engine, initially composed of 10 volunteer citizens that energize and follow up, the group will continue to bring the process to the residents of Jumilla, placing information stands in various squares and gardens of the town, where they will continue giving information jumillanos it and where can approach present their proposals.

Similarly, you can continue to submit proposals until Thursday 15 in the General Register of the City, in the presupuestosparticipativos@jumilla.org email, through local associations or through an online form on the web http://jumilladecide.es .

Since the process was constituted last September 2, more than 300 people attended in person the eight informative forums in different social venues neighborhoods and districts of the municipality of Jumilla, which so far have collected more than fifty proposals.

Proposals must refer to investments in municipal ownership and competition, and the scope of Jumilla, and also must be specific, measurable, technically feasible and not exceed the amount and percentages established in these participatory budgets.

The allocated amount is 100,000 euros, which will be distributed as follows: 75% in the town of Jumilla and the remaining parishes and / or singular entities of the municipality of Jumilla 25%.

One proposal may not exceed 25,000 euros more than that allocated by the population center of the city of Jumilla, and 8,300 euros that allocated to the districts, singular entities and the rest of municipal spending.

Parallel to this process, you can get other proposals relating to services or programs, which together those that fail any stage of this process Participatory Budgeting be sent to the departments or entities for study, and if possible they will be included in the Municipal General Budget 2017.
