The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, the Councilor of Crafts, Pilar Martínez, and the president of the Artisans Association of Jumilla, Laly Martínez, presented this morning the program of the Casa del Artesano 2017, which is composed of 25 activities.
Several courses and temporary exhibitions will be held in the Casa del Artesano, as well as samples and markets that will be held outside the building on Holy Week, Pilgrimage, World Street Weaving Day, Fair, Christmas, as well as the already traditional Annual Sample of Handicraft in the Supply Market.
Likewise, the House of the Craftsman will participate in the II Night of the Museums to celebrate the 20 of May.

Casa del Artesano is located on Calle Rico, 12, in what is popularly known as 'Casa Honda', a Renaissance building that was declared BIC, monument category and restored in 2007. Visiting hours are on Saturdays and Sundays. 10 to 14 hours.
Mayor, councilor and president have agreed to encourage the Jumillanos to participate in different courses and activities, as well as other artisans to join the association, "with the aim of promoting the traditional and modern craft sector of our city within and Outside our borders. "
