The third quarter cultural agenda goes out to the streets and visits different areas of the municipality (21/06/2017)

The Councilor for Culture, Pilar Martínez, presented this morning the cultural agenda and the Vico Theater corresponding to the months of July, August and September.

She has described it as "varied and focused to take the culture to the street and take it to different spaces of the municipality."

A summer children's cinema cycle is planned with screenings at the Plaza de Los Cipreses (Las Estacada), San Juan Square, San Antón Square and Plaza de Santa María.

In this last place also there will be two more projections, different from the infantile ones.

El Castillo will also have special prominence this summer quarter with flamenco performance on July 15 and a circus show on the 21st of the same month.

Likewise, an open day will be held to the archaeological site of Coimbra on 26 August and 2 September.

The Exhibition Plan will also allow Jumilla to enjoy Murcia artists.

On 6 July the exhibition of the Nigerian artist Ndukwe Arisa will be inaugurated in the Casa del Artesano.

The agenda for this quarter also includes different events prior to the Fair and Festivals 2017 (presentations of magazines, appointments or pregones) and in which the festive groups are protagonists.

As usual, the agenda can be downloaded from the municipal website and can be obtained in print in different parts of the city.
