Approved hiring of drafting of the remodeling project of the Avenue of the Asunción (04/09/2017)

The Board of Government held this morning has approved the drafting of the project to remodel the avenue of Our Lady of the Assumption, specifically in the stretch between Avenida de la Libertad and the roundabout of San Agustín, due to its poor state of conservation, in infrastructures, sidewalks and trees.

It will be elaborated by the engineer of Roads, Pedro Luis Diaz, with a cost of 4,445.54 euros.

On the other hand, it has been agreed to hire the company Lunia Consultores for the provision and installation of antivirus licenses, as well as computer security equipment for the City of Jumilla, with a price of 11,205.42 euros.

Swimming pool

It has been approved to contract the company Manufacturas Metálicas Luisianeras for the supply of a 150 kg elevator that will be installed in the Municipal Covered Pool in order to facilitate access to water for people with mobility problems.

This will eliminate barriers and will comply with another of the requests of citizens approved through the Participatory Budget, in this case a cost of 6,855.18 euros.

In minor contracts, it is agreed to hire Pablo Vergne for the performance in the Vico Theater of the children's play 'Alicia' on 8 October, Andrea Jiménez for the play 'Interrupted' and Marie Teatroa for the play 'Amour' , on 14 and 15 October, taking into account the conditions of the Platea Program for the three shows.

Other agreements

The Governing Board has today agreed to extend for a year with the company Trampantojo Artes Escénicas the contract for assistance in cultural management, programming and coordination of the Teatro Vico for an amount of 20,865.24 euros, until September 13, 2018.

The most advantageous offer has been determined from six of the seven lots that form part of the training course Sumillería, with Diana Cardó (lots 1, 3, 4 and 5) and Eusebio Pérez Pastor (lots 2 and 7) .

On the other hand, safety and health plans have been approved for works to improve accessibility in Avenida de Reyes Católicos, repair of sidewalk in the Plaza del Rollo and demolition of building and conditioning of plot in Calle Nuestra Señora de Fátima, 238 and 238D.

Likewise, the file of declaration of ruin of the buildings located in Juan Terol Street, 1 and Albano Martínez, 70B has been approved.

In liquidation of obligations, an amount of 101,919.29 euros is approved for payment to suppliers.

In addition, the loan generation file 4/2017 is approved.
