The Governing Board held this morning has approved the contract to replace the roof of the municipal building, which was once destined for a school in Fuente del Pino.
They will be carried out by Valemur Obras y Reformas for a cost of 42,289.50 euros in a maximum period of four months.
This is one of the actions planned to be carried out this year with a charge of 120,000 euros from the 2017 Budget for investments in districts, with plans to rehabilitate the rest of the building during the next year.
On the other hand, it has been approved to hire the company Construcciones Alonso López Valverde for the execution of the refurbishment works of the children's playground of the Bernardo González Municipal Velodrome, for an amount of 3,930 euros.
This answers to one of the proposals selected in the Participatory Budgeting process 2017.
Also related to districts, it has been agreed to open the procedure for the awarding of the exploitation contract for the social bar in the hamlet of Torre del Rico to the most economically advantageous tender with a duration of two years, with the bidding base of 200 euros, susceptible to improves upwards
In smaller contracts, it has been approved, in addition, to hire Marsant Industrias Metálicas to replace the four doors of the San Francisco Pavilion, given its deterioration, and seal the ventilation grilles to prevent rain leaks.
The cost of the action will be 4,523.22 euros.
Likewise, Climaju Servicios will be hired to provide preventive maintenance service for boilers located in municipally owned buildings, for a price of 3,109.70 euros.
The Governing Board has also approved a new more advantageous bid determination for lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 of the 'Sumillería' training action, as well as the desert declaration of lot 5.
