The Olympic Pool works reach their concrete projection phase (22/03/2018)

The construction works of the new Olympic Pool of La Hoya Sports Center continue as planned.

During this week the works of concrete projection to the walls are being carried out, as well as finishing the placement of the ferralla and formwork of the water collection channel.

After Holy Week is scheduled to put the tile, which will be anti-slip tile. After its completion, the measures will remain the Olympic, 50 meters long, with eight streets that are 21 meters wide.

The depth will vary between 1.80 and 2.42 meters.

It will operate by overflow, through a water collection channel to take it to the expansion vessel, which has a capacity of 80 m3.

The purification and impulsion rooms will also be new. Some 30,000 kilos of iron have been used for the construction of the vessel and 437 m3 of artificial gravel and gravel have been used to prepare the land.

The fund will have 55 drivers distributed throughout the area of ​​the same.

The works will cost around 430,064 euros and are being carried out by UTE merchants Zima Desarrollos Integrales and Zaragoza 2012 Constructor Group.
